Sergio MCP

Connect your cleaning company to ChatGPT

Request Sergio access

Already use Sergio? Sign in to Sergio and have an owner or admin approve your AI connection.

Copy this MCP server URL into your AI client's connection settings:

https://sergio.serviche.com/api/agent/mcp

Choose OAuth. This is a server address, not a one-click install link. The connection starts inside ChatGPT or Claude. Never paste a password or an API key into a conversation.

Sergio connects your cleaning business's customer conversations, leads and daily work to an AI assistant. Ask what needs attention, review customer history, or prepare a reply for your team to review.

Try this first: "Which leads still need a reply?"

Who needs a Sergio account?

Your business needs a Sergio account and an owner or admin who can approve the connection. The connected agent's permissions determine what it can read or change. If you don't have access to Sergio yet, request access above before connecting. Your ChatGPT or Claude account must also allow custom MCP connections, and workspace admins may need to turn them on.

Set up in ChatGPT

  1. Open ChatGPT on the web. Open Plugins, select Add or the plus button, then Add custom MCP server.
  2. Name the connection Sergio.
  3. Paste https://sergio.serviche.com/api/agent/mcp as the server URL. Choose OAuth when asked for authentication.
  4. Review the warning and continue. Sign in to Sergio on its authorization screen, have your owner or admin approve access, and review the tools ChatGPT finds.
  5. Turn on the connection. Start a chat, type @, select Sergio, and ask your first question.

Some accounts still show the older Settings > Apps > Create flow. What you can do depends on your ChatGPT plan and admin settings. If the option is missing, ask your workspace admin.

Set up in Claude

  1. Open Claude and go to Customize > Connectors. Select Add custom connector (some layouts use Add > Custom > Web).
  2. Name it Sergio and enter https://sergio.serviche.com/api/agent/mcp.
  3. Continue and use OAuth sign-in, not No sign in.
  4. Sign in to Sergio, have an owner or admin approve access, review the permissions, and finish adding the connector.
  5. Turn on the connector in your conversation and ask your first question.

On Claude Team or Enterprise, an org owner or admin may need to add the connector first in Organization settings > Connectors.

Three first prompts

  • "Which leads still need a reply? Show how long they've waited and the next step."
  • "Who cancelled this week, and what reason did they give?"
  • "Show customer conversations that still need a reply. Draft a response for the one I choose, but don't send it."

What you can do

  • Review leads waiting on your team and their next steps.
  • Read customer texts, emails and calls alongside customer context.
  • See cancellations and the reasons recorded in Sergio.
  • Read tasks and the Needs Attention queue.
  • Prepare message drafts for review, add office notes, and create or assign tasks when permissions allow.

FAQ

How do I get the Sergio MCP?

If you already use Sergio, add https://sergio.serviche.com/api/agent/mcp as a custom MCP connection in ChatGPT or Claude, choose OAuth, and have an owner or admin approve it in Sergio. If you don't have an account yet, request access first.

Is the page URL the same as the server URL?

No. This guide is at https://sergio.serviche.com/mcp. The URL you paste into your AI client is https://sergio.serviche.com/api/agent/mcp.

What does MCP mean?

Model Context Protocol is a standard that lets AI assistants use tools from another app. Sergio provides the business tools, and your AI assistant provides the conversation.

Can it answer "Which quotes still need a follow-up?"

It can look at leads, their outcomes, customer conversations and next steps. It flags quoted leads when the data supports it, and tells you when a quote status or price is missing.

Can it send messages or change data?

It isn't read-only. Depending on permissions, it can make task, contact and other internal changes. Creating a draft doesn't send it. Sending requires a preview and your explicit confirmation, and your business's sending rules still apply. Some actions stay owner-only.

Does connecting make my business information public?

No. The connection is signed in and limited to your Sergio business and agent seat. Your AI assistant only gets what the permitted tools return. Review your AI provider's data policy and Sergio's privacy policy before connecting.

Can I find Sergio in ChatGPT's app directory?

Use the custom setup above for now. We'll add a direct directory link here once it's live.

Where do I start if I need access?

Request Sergio access. Existing customers can sign in. See the privacy policy and terms.
